- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Literally the worst organized doctors surgery I have ever used. They use a completely chaotic booking system which means you often have to wait well over a week for an appointment or stay on the phone at 8am for over an hour to book the same day. Really poor It has also taken them over two months to get my records from the previous doctors surgery (Brookside, which were superb) so they can't even tell me when asthma medicine that I require.
